Getting Started
A 5-step path to your first scheduled shift.
Day 1 Checklist
Complete these five steps in order to go from a fresh account to a published shift.
Add your company info
Set up your account profile, branding, and operational defaults.
Add your sites and posts
Define the locations and posts you cover for each client.
Add your officers
Invite your security officers and set their roles.
Set up credential rules
Configure required licenses, certifications, and expirations.
Schedule your first shift
Build a shift, assign an officer, and publish the schedule.
What happens next
Once a shift is published, your officer is notified and can clock in when they arrive on site. Their clock-in creates a time entry that tracks hours worked, breaks, and any incidents reported during the shift.
After the shift ends, a supervisor or operations manager reviews and approves the time entry. Approved hours roll up into payroll for your officers and are billed to your client through Arcova's invoicing tools.
That cycle — schedule, work, approve, invoice — is the heartbeat of Arcova. Every other module (compliance, fleet, training, operations) plugs into that loop to keep your operation safe, compliant, and profitable.
