Product Guides

Scheduling

Scheduling helps you publish coverage, enforce assignment rules, and produce reliable time records for billing and payroll.

Compliance

Compliance helps you keep officer credentials current, prevent unqualified assignments, and document any exceptions you authorize. Arcova helps you track credentials and document exceptions; recording an exception does not make non-compliant work legally compliant. Consult counsel before authorizing exceptions.

Client Management

Client Management helps you onboard clients, define their sites and contracts, and grant the right portal access so every other module has accurate context to work from.

Fleet Management

Fleet Management helps you keep patrol vehicles road-ready, assign them to the right shifts, and document maintenance and inspections so field teams know what they can rely on.

Training School

Training School helps you run guard training programs end-to-end so officers earn the certificates that keep them deployable and compliant.

Personnel

Personnel helps you maintain a single source of truth for every employee — identity, employment status, documents, and authorizations — so scheduling, compliance, and downstream workflows agree on who can do what.

Asset Management

Asset Management helps you keep accountability over uniforms, radios, weapons, and other gear — so you know who has what, when it was returned, and what condition it is in.

Billing

Billing helps you turn approved operational work into accurate invoices, apply contract-specific rates, and track what has been paid versus what is outstanding.

Operations

Operations helps you coordinate dispatch, document incidents, and run patrol routes — preserving a complete edit history of dispatch and incident activity. Locked records and edit logs are audit-ready, not legal advice on admissibility or chain-of-custody.

Iris

Iris is an AI assistant that answers your team's questions using your own policies, post orders, and procedures, so officers and supervisors can find the right answer without paging someone. Iris answers are AI-generated suggestions, not authoritative — verify high-stakes decisions with a supervisor.
